Assessment and IT architecture
Put processes, systems and data in order, and decide what to modernize, integrate or replace.
- A shared view of the current state
- Priorities justified by impact and dependencies
- A plan with owners and progress criteria
We solve operational challenges with IT consulting, development and integration. From Santiago, Chile, for small and mid-sized companies across LATAM.
Put processes, systems and data in order, and decide what to modernize, integrate or replace.
Find the AI opportunities worth pursuing, assess data and risk, and get a roadmap you can act on.
Put your data sources in order and turn them into dashboards, indicators and queries you can trust.
Applications, internal tools and portals built around your process, not around a template.
Corporate sites, web applications and B2B portals connected to your processes.
Connect applications, CRM, ERP and data sources with validation, traceability and error recovery.
Cut manual work and connect your operation, with AI only where it earns its place.
Document assistants and AI agents wired into your operation, with permissions and quality criteria.
Almost every project fits one of these three formats. Prices are reference values in UF — Chile’s inflation-indexed unit, roughly USD 42 — excluding VAT. They adjust to scope and we confirm them in writing before starting.
When it isn't clear yet what to solve, or with which technology.
When something has to be built and left running in your operation.
When something is in production and has to keep running.
Third-party licences and platform usage (clouds, models, telephony) are not included: they are paid directly to each provider and estimated during the assessment.
We understand the problem, review processes, systems and data, and rank opportunities by impact and feasibility.
Assessment, proposed architecture and action planWe build the solution end to end, in short validation cycles alongside your team.
Validated solution deployed in your environmentWe measure usage, correct with evidence and support your team to sustain and extend what was built.
Monitoring, documentation and operational handoverIt depends on the process, the integrations, usage volume and security requirements. Our proposal separates implementation, operation and maintenance once the scope is defined, and we publish reference ranges for each format of work.
With an assessment of the process, the systems and the data. Then we define scope, a pilot, and the criteria that will tell us whether it's worth going further.
An assessment takes 1 to 2 weeks and a project usually runs 4 to 10 weeks, depending on scope, access and integrations. We agree milestones before building.
Less manual work, fewer errors and faster response times. We measure against a baseline; results depend on the process, data quality and how the team adopts it.
We define permissions, data handling, activity logs and provider conditions based on the information and its risk. Sensitive actions can require human approval. The details are on our security page.
Scope can include your rules, interfaces and flows. We assess when configuring existing tools is enough and when custom software is the better answer.
That depends on each system's APIs, permissions and limits. We verify the connections before committing to the implementation.
We compare realizable benefits against implementation and operating costs over a defined period. Freed-up time is capacity, and it doesn't automatically become cash savings.
Give us 30 minutes and we’ll frame the problem together before talking about tools.
